David Peterson, Principal and General Manager
Dave began his business in 1969 as a carpenter and has expanded it to the design, develop and build firm that MD Building Corporation is today. Dave is a Denver native. He has over 30 years experience in land development, building design and construction management.
Daylyn Miller, Principal and Operations Manager and Secretary Treasurer
Daylyn has 25 years in construction accounting and finance feasibility. Daylyn acts as primary liaison between all customers and bank officials and is familiar with all aspects of construction draw requests and bank requirements. She handles all financial responsibilities as well as customer service and public relations. Daylyn is David's eldest daughter.
Brian Neisen, Director of Construction
Brian has 28 years of experience in the construction trades. He is a construction superintendent and project manager. Brian has managed the construction of numerous residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. During 1999 and 2000, Brian built the 45,000 square foot Office Depot in Loveland, CO, and completed an 80,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Adams County. His projects range in value from $20,000 to $2,000,000.
Les Neisen, Superintendent, Project Manager
Les’s 35 years of experience and skills mirror that of his brother Brian, and in 20 years with MDB, between the 2 have completed over 70 retail tenant improvement projects for Family Dollar Stores, Rent A Center’s, Aaron’s Rents, UPS Store, JoAnn’s Fabrics, Sally’s Beauty, New Era Realty, and similar stores ranging from 500 to 5000 Square Feet. Les is able to travel and has completed work in Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, and Wyoming, and is willing to travel to other western areas as well.
